Warranty policy

Terms of warranty

Highest Korea Co., Ltd. provides replacement or repair services to customers for defective products within applicable warranty period. The warranty period is 6 months and applies from the date of purchase by the customer (end-user)

Repair

Please note that highest servo is not responsible for providing free repairs if the product defect is caused by any of the following

factors:

Damage caused by natural calamities, normal consumed or any inappropriate usage and installation. Damage caused by soaking in water, gear abrasion, stripped gears, motor or PCB burning. (motor and PCB burning problems will occur when there is a power surge. For example using 12 volts for 6.0volts product or where customer sets up the product incorrectly) Products have been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technicians. This warranty does NOT cover for the damage caused by self-modification or operation with non-highest servo components or accessories.

Quickly repair services

If buyer want to more quickly repair services, highest can provide repair services as buyer's request. Buyer can ship servos for repair every week. and highest will return repaired servos within 1week after receipt servos.
